Shipping & Delivery

For products in stock, AMDi will ship orders within 48 hours. For products out of stock, please call our office to place your order.  You will receive a UPS tracking number via the e-mail provide to us on your order, which you can track through UPS.com.

Privacy & Security

Before using certain parts of this Site or ordering products, you have an option to complete an online registration form. During registration, you will be prompted to provide to us certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, shipping and billing address(es), phone number, email address, and credit card information. In addition, we may also ask you for your country of residence and/or your organization's country of operation, so we can comply with applicable laws and regulations, and for your gender. These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your orders, to communicate with you about your order and our site, and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, we use the personal information to contact you.

Returns & Replacements

All products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, not including shipping expense, missing or damaged items.  To initiate a return, call our office during normal business hours to receive an authorization number.  AMDi gives a 1 year warranty on products purchased in the US and a 2 year warranty for products ordered from Europe.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

You can pay online with Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Pricing is subject to change at any time, but pricing questions can be addressed by calling our office. Promotional pricing will be announced through our online newsletter.

Viewing Orders

You can log in to your account with AMDi and see your order status. You also will receive an email from us when your order is placed and when your products ship through UPS.

Updating Account Information

You can update your account information by calling our office during normal business hours.
