Technical support is provided by AMDi to minimize the need for the user to separate from their
communication device in order to send it in for servicing. With just a phone call, our knowledgeable customer service
representatives will personally examine the product with you. Step-by-step through questions and answers, our customer
service representatives will strive to resolve the problem with you to eliminate the need to physically send the product to
us. AMDi works with our customers. AMDi provides for our customers.
AMDi’s customer satisfaction is assured with a 30-day money back guarantee on our entire product line
from communication devices to switches, and even to accessories. In addition, all of AMDi’s products come with
our one-year manufacturer’s warranty, including electronic parts and labor.
We urge our customers to mail their Warranty Registration Card that
is included with your product back to us within 30-days after the date of purchase along with a
copy of your dated sales receipt in order to register your product for warranty coverage. If there is anything wrong with
a product, send it back to us for manufacturer’s warranty servicing. A Return Material Authorization
(RMA) number
must be obtained from our customer representative before proceeding with any servicing. Upon
receiving the product, it will be shipped back to you within 7-days after being fully evaluated, repaired and thoroughly tested to ensure the return
of a perfectly functioning product into the user’s hand.
An annual extended service contract is available for up to three years at an additional fee of $80
per year. Such extended service is an extension of the original manufacturer’s warranty. This contract must be
purchased during a time of service. Once the product exits the time frame of servicing, it forgoes its eligibility for such
contracts.
If a product is not covered either under the manufacturer’s warranty or an extended service contract, AMDi will
still provide repair services. AMDi will repair any of its products to meet its high standards of quality and
reliability. Moreover, AMDi guarantees the authenticity of repairs with a 6-month repair warranty. If any problem that is
related to the initial repair arises within 6-months, send it back to us for repair warranty servicing.
