Loan Program
The Loan Program is designed for individuals and organizations who are seeking a means to evaluate our devices prior to purchase. The loan period is a maximum of two weeks. This short-term time frame is directed at ensuring adequate allocation of equipment to all interested parties. Specific products and quantities are subject to availability.

Rental Program
The Rental Program is designed for professionals, families, and potential users who wish to obtain the product for a longer period of time, as compared with our restrictive Loaner Program. Devices can be rented for clinical assessments or evaluations, to accommodate for short-term disabilities, or to help gain insurance approvals.
Specific products and quantities are subject to availability. Rentals are not contingent upon approval, but do incur a monthly charge. Our Rental Contract must be completed. Our terms and conditions must be signed. Rental Contracts may be downloaded by accessing the links below.
