About Instruction Videos.

Introducing Instruction Videos for our new Smart/Series Communication Devices where videos are in .WMV format and can be played with Windows Media Player or RealPlayer.  Videos are downloadable in both High and Low bandwidth options so if you are using a Dial-Up Internet access or High Speed Internet connection, you will still be able to view our instructional videos in clear, crisp formats.

How to download and play Instruction Videos ?

To download and play Instruction videos, you must have either Windows Media Player or RealPlayer installed on your computer.

Media Player
Essentially, Windows Media Player is a default application which is already installed on your computer.  However, if you do not have this software, click on the Download Media Player icon below to download it.  After Media Player is  installed, click on the desired video link below and Media Player will open your video and begin to play your selection.

RealPlayer
RealPlayer is an application that can be downloaded also if not already installed on your computer.  Click on the RealPlayer link below to download the Real software and once you successfully installed it, simply click on the desired video link below and RealPlayer will begin to play your selection.
